- Sandy Hook Oil is not responsible for leaks pertaining to the oil tank, its fittings, and / or associated piping.
- There is a 150 gallon minimum delivery. Any deliveries less than 150 gallons will be subject to a $25 service charge for not meeting the 150 gallon minimum requirement.
- If the amount of oil ordered is more than the amount of oil delivered, a credit card refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- All orders through the Sandy Hook Oil website will be processed during regular business hours.
- After you place an order, you will receive an immediate email receipt for the credit card charge to your account, and you can expect a delivery to be made within 2 business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact the office at (732) 708-0799 as there may be a problem with your order.
- Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
- Payment must be received before delivery takes place.
- Delivery date subject to change due to inclement weather or ice / snow covered driveway. Whether or not the customer driveway is free of snow / ice is at the discretion of the office.
- The price per gallon will be established at the time the order is processed and will not change if the oil price increases or decreases by the time of delivery.
- For safety reasons, keep all pets away from the driver in order for the driver to make the scheduled delivery.
- Any cancelled orders are subject to a 3% charge of the total cost of the order to cover processing fees and costs.
